About
Workforce intelligence at every worker's fingertips.
Most workforce software is built for people at desks. Most of the world's workforce isn't. Retail, logistics, hospitality, care and field teams — on every continent — never log in to a portal, so they get a PDF, or nothing, and every question lands back on payroll.
Netto starts with the one document every worker already gets — the payslip — and builds outward: answers, fixes, and a fairer route to the money they've already earned. Delivered on WhatsApp, because that's where they are. Grounded and cited, because pay is not something to guess about.
Built for the worker. Paid for by the employer.
Where we are
Wherever there's a payslip and a phone
Netto is payroll-agnostic and country-agnostic by design: the delivery, the grounding and the citations work the same everywhere, and each country adds only its statutory rule set and its language. We're live with employers today and switching on new markets as demand arrives. Founded 2026.

What we believe
Three things we won't compromise on
- Work should be understandable. If you can't read your own payslip, something is wrong with the payslip, not with you.
- The AI should explain, never calculate. One invented number ends trust for good.
- The worker's side of payday deserves a system too.
