Terms
Terms of service
The terms on which Netto provides payslip delivery and grounded pay answers. They sit alongside the data processing agreement signed at registration.

Who these terms are with
Netto provides the service to the employer or bureau that registers an account. The registering organisation is the customer and remains the data controller for its employees' data; Netto is the processor.
The service
Netto delivers payslips supplied by the customer to their employees on WhatsApp, and answers employees' questions about those payslips, grounded in the payslip data and vetted statutory rules. Netto explains figures; it does not calculate pay, run payroll, or change any payroll record.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the pay data it supplies, for approving each run before release, for having a lawful basis to share employee contact details with Netto, and for keeping its account credentials secure.
Employee consent
No payslip is delivered without a recorded opt-in from the employee. An employee may reply STOP at any time, which ends delivery immediately; the customer must then provide payslips by another route.
Fees and billing
Fees are per active employee per month at the rate published for the customer's country, excluding VAT or sales tax. An active employee is anyone who received at least one payslip through Netto in the month. There is no minimum term; the customer may cancel at any time and the service runs to the end of the paid period.
Data protection
An Article 28 data processing agreement is signed at registration and forms part of these terms. Netto processes personal data only on the customer's documented instruction, does not sell data, and does not use customer data to train AI models.
Availability and support
Netto aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service; delivery depends in part on third-party messaging networks. Planned maintenance and any service interruption affecting delivery are notified in the console.
Liability
Netto is not liable for the accuracy of the underlying payroll data, for pay decisions made by the customer, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are notified to account administrators in advance. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
