Data protection
Who is the processor?
When you run Netto for your clients, nothing changes about who owns the data. Your client, the employer, remains the controller, and you remain their processor. Netto is designed to act as your sub-processor, under a data processing agreement agreed with you before any data is loaded, so it can sit in your sub-processor list like any other tool you use. Employees opt in to WhatsApp delivery individually, and opt-ins, deliveries and queries are logged per client so you can evidence them.
