Netto.
You've received a message from Netto. Here's what it is.
Your employer uses Netto to send your payslip to WhatsApp, so you don't need a portal, an app or a login. It comes from a verified business account and is protected by a password only you have.
What Netto can do
- Send your payslip on payday
- Answer questions about it — “why is my tax higher this month?” — and show you exactly which line the answer comes from
- If something looks wrong, tell you, and (if your employer has switched it on) raise it with payroll for you and let you know when it's fixed
What Netto can't do
- Change your pay. Netto explains what's on the payslip; only your employer's payroll team can change it.
- Make up numbers. Every figure in a reply comes from your own payslip.
- Share your data. Your payslip goes to you and no one else.
Your choices
- Reply STOP at any time and delivery ends immediately. You can get payslips the old way from your employer.
- Ask Netto “what do you know about me?” and it will tell you.
- Questions Netto can't answer go to your HR contact — it'll tell you who.
Your data
Your employer is responsible for your data; Netto processes it on their instructions only. We keep the minimum needed to deliver and explain your payslip, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train AI. Privacy notice
